- We currently ship across India.
- At this time, international shipping is not available unless mentioned otherwise.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes.
- Additional COD charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking information will be shared via SMS or email.
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.
7. Delivery Issues
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Azershop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
